All Sales and Rental Agreements Are Final

ALL SALES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Because memorial and funeral arrangements are prepared and reserved for specific families, ceremonies, dates, and service needs, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories.

Customers should carefully review their selected collection, arrangement, service date, delivery information, pricing, and other details before completing an agreement or payment.

Rental Arrangements

Rental items remain the property of Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories unless the arrangement is specifically purchased by the customer under a separate purchase agreement.

Rental customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care over rented arrangements and accessories while the items are in their possession or under their control.

Additional written rental terms may address return deadlines, pickup, loss, damage, excessive damage, missing components, or other circumstances applicable to a particular rental.

Availability

We provide affordable custom funeral arrangements in Shelbyville. Arrangement availability is not guaranteed until a reservation or order has been confirmed by Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories.

Because inventory is limited and memorial services are time-sensitive, customers are encouraged to contact us as early as possible.

Design Variations

Silk floral arrangements and memorial pieces may contain artistic variations.

Colors, floral placement, greenery, accessories, keepsakes, containers, and other details may appear somewhat different because of photography, screen settings, product availability, handmade design, or replacement of individual components.

Delivery & Pickup

Standard delivery/pickup fees and service areas are subject to the terms displayed on the website or provided with the customer's agreement.

The standard $50 delivery/pickup fee applies when applicable travel time does not exceed one hour.

Locations requiring travel beyond the standard service area or travel-time allowance may require an additional fee.

Any additional charge should be communicated to and accepted by the customer before service is confirmed.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Current collection pricing, delivery/pickup charges, customization charges, and other applicable costs will be disclosed before the transaction is finalized.
