Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories takes great care in preparing each memorial tribute. Because our funeral flower arrangements may be reserved, prepared, personalized, transported, or otherwise made unavailable to other families based on an order, all sales and confirmed rental agreements are final.
Rental & Sales Agreement Policy
Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories takes great care in preparing each memorial tribute. Because our arrangements may be reserved, prepared, personalized, transported, or otherwise made unavailable to other families based on an order, all confirmed rental agreements and sales are final.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a rental agreement has been confirmed, the rental agreement is final. Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected arrangement, rental period, pricing, delivery and pickup information, personalization requests, and all other applicable terms before confirming the rental.
Rental Options for funeral flower arrangements
Rental arrangements remain the property of Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories, LLC and must be returned or made available for pickup according to the agreed rental terms.

The customer is responsible for reasonable care of rented arrangements while they are in the customer's possession or at the designated service/location.

Any policies concerning damage, loss, missing components, failure to make an arrangement available for pickup, late returns, or replacement charges should be included in the rental agreement provided before confirmation.
Customizations & Add-Ons
Because silk floral arrangements, decorative elements, and add-ons may vary according to availability, reasonable substitutions may sometimes be necessary. When substitutions are required, Pamela’s Silk Everlasting Memories will strive to preserve the overall appearance, color palette, character, and value of the selected design.Â

Personalized and custom elements should be reviewed and approved before the order is finalized.
Delivery & Pick Up
The standard $50 fee applies when required travel time does not exceed one hour, according to the delivery/pickup service included with the selected collection.

Additional charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area, unusual delivery requirements, additional trips, or other circumstances requiring additional transportation.

Applicable taxes will be added where required.
